Beekeeping For Hope started with Phoenix, she is our original Queen Bee. Named after her unique pattern on her thorax. She arrived as part of a locally caught swarm and was placed (with her colony) into a brand new beehive. She was part of a ‘prime’ swarm and once inside she didnt take long to begin creating an incredible team of focused and calm honeybee workers and drones.
